Any way you could make it possible to sell vehicles?

I'll have a think about options for this. Quite possible, but where would the 'Sell Vehicle' button go? And would it really be worth it? The early cars aren't worth much, even with their upgrades. You just need to complete a couple of the harder trails to earn the same amount of money.
